  • Report Absences

    Please let us know if an Intern misses a day of work study!

  • Submit Evaluation

    Part of your job as a mentor is to complete evaluations of your intern.

  • Mid-Term/Final Evaluation

    Evaluations can be filled out online (preferred) or can be filled out on the same hard copy document provided by the link above.

Using the Career Ready Database

The database provides a placement screen for recording and managing placement information, plus screens for each section of the WBLP, including the job description, skills/tasks, and performance reviews. It also provides a menu of reports and a bank of sample job descriptions and skills/tasks, and a rubric for evaluating foundation skills.
