General fall athletic season practices at Monument Mountain Regional High School begin on Monday, August 24, 2026. This opening day also features a mandatory parent and athlete meeting in the school theater.
Key Schedule & Meeting Times

- Monday, August 24, 2026: General fall sports practices start.
- 5:00 PM: Mandatory parent/athlete meeting in the school theater.
- 5:30 PM: Team breakout sessions right after the main meeting.
- Monday, September 14, 2026: Unified basketball practices officially start.

- Coed fall crew (hosted in cooperation with Lenox High School)
Important Requirements

- Physical Exam: Must have an updated physical exam (within 13 months) filed with the school nurse before practicing.
- Impact Test: Must have a valid baseline concussion test (good for 2 years).
- User fee payment of $100
- Registration: Online sign-ups are managed via the Arbiter Sports Platform.
